B-Wing Star Fighter: Vehicle

Combining heavy firepower with versatility, the B-Wing
assault craft played a significant role in the Rebel Alliance's attack on the
second Death Star in Return of the Jedi. Diving in from all angles, the B-wing
used their power and precision to initiate devastating fire-linked ion cannon
and proton torpedo strikes against the Imperial armada. With the B-wing's
agility and the collective fire power of the entire Rebel assault fleet, the
Alliance prevailed by destroying the second Death Star and toppling the might of
the Evil empire.
B-Wing Star Fighter: 2pk Vehicle
Features:
The B-WING STAR FIGHTER, from the Original
Star Wars Trilogy, as featured in Star Wars Return Of The Jedi. Available again
for a very short time. This U.S Exclusive (available only in Target) is thought
only to be a Limited Edition of about 5000+ World-Wide. It is Not available in
all Target stores (U.S). This Vehicle is one of the rarest in the Original '84
ROTJ Range and is looking to become Collectible in this new Special Edition
release. The B-WING is different in colour to the Original and has better
detail. It has all original Features including: Moving canopy and room for 3 3/4
Inch Action Figures, Gyroscopically stabilized cockpit which stays upright
despite any angle of attack or rotation, S-Foil or Wing deployment activation
for B-Wing attack or hyperspace cruising, Wing mounted Cannons, retractable and
moving landing gear, Plus a big bonus: a B-Wing Sullustan Pilot! The vehicle is
presented in a beautiful Window display box. The box interior resembles a Mon
Calamari cruiser hanger-bay with some nice detail. The only down side is no
electronic sounds, but the presentation speaks a thousand words. If your
planning on getting one, make sure you don't miss out as there will be no
repeated stock and it is a limited edition release... This was only to be

B-Wing Star Fighter Heavy Bomber: movie scene:
Perhaps the oddest-looking Starfighter in the
Rebel Alliance fleet, the B-wing fighter is as powerful as it is ungainly. The
ship's structure is almost entirely taken up by its primary airfoil, which
houses a cylindrical cockpit on one end, an engine cluster in the center, and a
heavy weapons pod at its base. Located just below the engine cluster are a pair
of S-foils which can deploy to extend the firing arc of twin laser cannons.
The B-wing's command pod has a unique gyroscopic control system. The pilot can
orient it so that it always stays level with a pre-designated horizon line. No
matter which way the B-wing may maneuvers laterally, its pilot remains upright.
B-wing fighters figured prominently in the Battle of Endor as Alliance pilots
such as Ten Numb piloted the ship into the historic showdown.
